Kaiser Permanente and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions created the LMP in 1997 as a way to transform the relationship between the unions and the organization—in essence, returning to the cooperative spirit between the company and its union employees that existed at the company's founding.

LMP Classes

We recommend that our members, especially Stewards, take these Kaiser-run classes. Please not that they are NOT the same as OFNHP Steward trainings and other classes.
