Management has unilaterally decided to RIF Primary Care RNs, despite OFNHP objections.
Be aware that OFNHP has NOT signed off on this action.
Management has increased FTEs for MAs and LPNs -- and they are decreasing RN FTEs to pay for it.
We believe management’s
actions jeopardize the quality of patient care.We will do whatever is necessary to defend our patients’ and our members’ rights.
